I combine Massage with Energy work to help you Regain Balance, Realign your body, Push out Toxins, Relax and to Rejuvinate. My space is Safe and Sacred to me and I trust you will find it is for you as well.
The Massage Methods I use are Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Esalen, Swedish massage. These are Fused often with eachother and also with CranioSacral Therapy, Attunement, Reiki, and can be combined with Guided Meditation. Each Session is a unique combination of what is most appropriate for each client.
What I can do for you
I can help you maintain balance in your life by not only massaging out toxins that gather around tension areas of your body, but also stretching those muscles out through Thai Yoga Massage which in turn helps the body to realign. I also use the principles of Naud Bo Rarn Thai Massage to open up your energy pathways. I have been drawn to ancient Thai Massage because I believe it is a complete system of whole body/mind/spirit realignment. Of course here in the west we, I included, like to combine other things with it. Most recently I have incorporated Deep Tissue and Swedish on the mat with Thai, but I still enjoy using the part of my early training Techniques in Esalen which incorporates long integrating strokes throughout the body and CranioSacral Therapy to help balance the energy system as well. Client's are convinced that the combination of all that I do is extremely helpful in redirecting their path to wholeness.
What makes me Unique
Beyond a powerful blend of massage and energy work is an ability to listen to client's lives and help them examine certain stresses they are experiencing as physical symptoms and help them to become more aware of underlying causes of the stress. It's is not always easy to examine or change behaviors that cause stress, but the first step is awareness.
Awareness and Unconditional love for yourself is the key to letting go of pain in your life and in your body.
